Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Langley Minor Hockey Association

Langley Minor Hockey Association is pleased to announce the 2023-24 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 7:00pm PST.

Further information regarding registration along with relevant distribution materials will be provided prior to the AGM via the website and email.

Following registering for the AGM, a minimum of one (1) days before the meeting, each of the confirmed registrants (must be a member in good standing with LMHA) will receive additional communication regarding:

     1.  Voting procedures and protocols.

     2.  Meeting links and how to connect and register to the virtual meeting invitation.

·       Submit your name to the Slate of Candidates the LMHA Board of Directors election.

This season there are nine (7) open positions on the LMHA Board of Directors.  Nominations for the LMHA Board of Directors can be made HERE.  All nominations must be received by April 17, 2024 @ 11:59PM PST to be eligible.

LMHA is now accepting agenda items and/or proposed motions in accordance with Section 3.7-3.9 of the LMHA Bylaws. Requests can be sent to info@langleyminorhockey.ca.
